Climate
Tequesta, FL has a humid subtropical climate with hot, rainy summers and mild winters. Summer temps range from mid80s to mid-90s F, while winter temps range from mid-60s to low-70s F. The region is hurricane-prone, with a high risk of tropical storms from June to November. Overall, Tequesta's climate is characterized by warm temperatures, high humidity, and frequent rainfall. The good news is that we get to enjoy our outdoor lifestyle year round!

What was once a haven for retirees, in recent years Tequesta has become a hub for young families. Tequesta offers a variety of housing options; from single-family homes to country club communities, condo & townhomes, as well as multiple 55+ neighborhoods.
Tequesta is a safe, close-knit community with walkable parks and restaurants, annual events, and it's own fire and police department.
